Explore how East Spring Secondary’s Science Department nurtures curious and confident learners through engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences. Through our Applied Learning Programme (ALP), English and Science Week, STEM enrichment activities, and participation in Science competitions and Olympiads, students develop critical thinking skills, scientific literacy, and a lifelong passion for science.

We are committed to delivering engaging, inquiry-based Science lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding. In alignment with MOE’s revised Science Curriculum Framework, we aim to develop critical thinking, scientific literacy, and a lifelong appreciation for Science in every learner.

Innovative Programmes / Curriculum
Through our continual efforts in promoting curriculum innovation, we aim to promote authentic and experiential learning in Science and Technology within and beyond the confines of the classroom. Through this two-tier programme, every student will:
Develop a scientific literate mind, being equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills and have the relevant values, ethnics and attitudes to make informed decisions and take responsible actions in their lives.
Be equipped with strong Science fundamentals to innovate and pursue STEM for future learning and work.
